I bought a Tesla Model 3 from Auto 2000 a few weeks ago. Scott was really up front about the condition of the car and went out of his way to make sure it was in great shape when it got to me. I had also flip-flopped on a few different styles/options, and Scott was really accommodating in finding me the perfect option for a great price. Only thing I'd say was, as it was a distance purchase, I think a bit more paperwork up front (like the 14 day guarantee being formally written out and signed, and/or a counter-signed online contract drawn up) before payment would've been preferred, as all that happened when the car arrived with us. It's probably different when purchasing in person and it was probably just me being overcautious, but I would've been a bit more comfortable at the time having the documents in hand before transferring payment. Not a big problem though as everything was very much above board and I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and condition of the car. Cheers!
