Great car buying experience

My experience of buying a car from Auto 2000 was excellent. Scott was brilliant on the phone talking me through the model I was interested in. He sent me several video walk rounds and pointed out any relevant bits (positive and negative). He ensured i had all the relevant checks, services, touch ups and a new MOT on the car. Initially I was going to get the car delivered to Manchester without seeing, but my apprehension at buying a car unseen took over and I decided to travel down to Epping. Scott kindly let me know the best train and tube route and even picked me up from the station. There was no hard sell and he and the rest of the team seemed extremely genuine. Scott made sure i was 100% happy before we agreed the deal. He even made sure I had a full tank of fuel to get me home. Hopefully I wont have any issues with the car, but if I do, I feel confident that Scott and the team would rectify. I would definitely recommend Auto 2000 and would have no hesitation in buying from then again.
